40 CFR 82 - Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Determination 28 for Significant New Alternatives Policy Program
May 17, 2013 (Final Regulation) - EPA has issued aDetermination of Acceptability that expands the list of acceptable substitutes for ozone-depleting substances under EPA's Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program. The determinations concern new substitutes for use in the refrigeration and air conditioning; foam blowing; solvent cleaning; adhesives, coatings and inks; and fire suppression sectors.
