In the news, California recently filed a lawsuit against EPA to grant the state's request for a waiver to implement strict air regulations on GHG emissions from motor vehicles. California claims it has been waiting to hear from EPA for almost 2 years on this--an amount of time they say is beyond a reasonable length for EPA to respond.

Since the Clean Air Act was signed, EPA has granted approximately 50 waivers for innovations such as catalytic converters.

Take our poll and tell us if you think this lawsuit will be successful at getting a waiver from EPA.
