December 13, 2007
The speakers at a recent BLR audio conference discussed the new and continuing requirements in the proposed stormwater multi-sector general permit for industrial activities (MSGP). The proposed MSGP is substantially different from the existing permit, and permittees need to be aware of the changes when applying for new coverage or applying for continued coverage under the permit. This week's news prepares you for the changes that may be coming in 2008.

Is keeping up with the changing regs the most challenging part of stormwater permits? Maybe it's training or updating the SWPP. Take our poll and tell us what you think.
