AGs Seek Movement on Climate Change

Quarry Pays Fine, Corrects Problems
Quarries, which sometimes create highly visible dust clouds, are a frequent target of citizen complaints and agency inspections. A Pennsylvania quarry and asphalt operation learned this the hard way when inspectors with the state Department of Environmental Protection reported "numerous air quality violations" at the company's facility in Centre County.
