A Note to Readers
EPA has announced that it will reconsider its decision that denied California permission to set its own standards for greenhouse gases from motor vehicles.

Immediately following the inauguration, the Agency received a letter from California outlining several issues for review regarding the denial. This decision is significant because many other states have expressed interest in adopting California's standards.

Take our poll and tell us if you think Administrator Jackson will overturn the denial and grant California permission.
