OSHA Challenge: Injuries
A bill, titled the Protecting America's Workers Act, was recently introduced in the House of Representatives. Which of the following are among the provisions of the bill?
1. Require OSHA to investigate all cases of death and serious injury (cases that result in the hospitalization of two or more employees).
2. Establish mandatory minimum penalties for violations involving worker deaths.
