EPA Fugitive Arrested in Mexico
A fugitive wanted in Indiana for allegedly polluting wetlands was arrested in Mexico by U.S. Marshals and ATF Agents working with Mexican police. The fugitive, who was convicted of federal firearms violations, is being extradited to the United States.

OSHA Challenge: OSHA Training
OSHA's standard for firstaid training in general industry, 29 CFR 1910.151(b), provides:
In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace that used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate firstaid supplies shall be readily available.

How does OSHA interpret the term "near proximity"?
