Expect NSR PM-2.5 Revision
EPA has proposed a 9-month extension of a 3-month administrative stay of the Agency's PM-10 surrogate rule. The rule allows PM-10 to be used as the basis for approving prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) permits for PM-2.5 for grandfathered facilities.
