Did your salary increase? Were you fairly compensating your employees? Over the years, trends show that exempt EHS employee salaries have continued to increase. Between 2016 and 2017, Industrial Psychologists and Emergency Management Directors had the largest salary growth. Only one EHS exempt salary decreased.

Exempt employees were not the only ones to benefit in 2016 to 2017. Nonexempt position wages also increased for the most part. During 2016 to 2017, wages for nonexempt positions generally rose. Power Plant Operators earned the highest wage in 2017. Only one EHS nonexempt employee position saw a wage decrease.
