By Dave Leiper, Legal Editor

The 39th Annual National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) Conference: Changing Tides and Shifting Sands began yesterday in a sunny St. Petersburgh, Florida.

Day 2 from rainy St. Pete - Conference attendees enjoy lunch as Keynote Speaker Ron Hetrick of Allegis Group Services discusses evolving trends in the environmental job market. The environmental industry is expected to face a dearth of qualified employees as many workers currently in the industry approach retirement, and fewer students are seeking science and engineering degrees.
