CT manufacturer fined for RCRA problems--EPA and a manufacturer recently agreed to a fine of nearly $40,000 for hazardous waste violations at a door hardware manufacturing facility in Connecticut.

Are you keeping all the required RCRA training records?-- Large quantity generators (LQGs) of hazardous waste and hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) are required under RCRA to properly train workers. Don't stop at the training, though.
