40 CFR 721 - Significant New Use Rules on Certain Chemical Substances; Technical Amendment
November 06, 2009 (Final Regulation) - EPA has corrected direct final significant new use rules (SNURs) for 56 chemical substances which were the subject of premanufacture notices (PMNs) in the November 5, 2008, Federal Register.
