40 CFR 63 - Partial Administrative Stay of National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing Facilities Technology Review
March 31, 2025 (Final Regulation) - EPA has issued a final rule staying provisions establishing compliance deadlines in 2025 for requirements that were added or revised by the April 3, 2024, final rule ``National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing Facilities Technology Review,'' for 90 days pending reconsideration.
